SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

I have implemented the following preventative measures to keep myself and my clientele safe during our photo sessions:

• A reduction of the number of sessions each day to just one client to limit the flow in and out of the studio. 
• We recommend coming to your shoot alone unless:
• You feel you need help from a friend that would be considered essential.
• You are a parent accompanying a minor to the session. 
• You are being photographed as part of a couple or group.
• All surfaces within the studio are sanitized after each session and before the entry of new clientele the following day. 
  
• While being photographed, clientele will remove their mask and no other individual will get within a 6 ft radius of them without a face covering. 
• Physical contact to fix hair, clothing, or makeup will be carried out by our hair/makeup artists who will have their face-covering in place throughout the session.

PRE-SHOOT SELF-EVALUATION

I affirm that I haven’t displayed any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Runny nose, nasal congestion ,or sneezing without other known cause
• Sore throat
• Difficulty breathing or swallowing
• Unexplained fatigue or malaise
• Headaches
• Gastrointestinal upset
• Decrease (or loss) of sense of taste or smell

• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed
  with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled internationally within the past 14 days.
• I understand that CAMPBELL Photography has implemented measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

CAMPBELL Photography has put safety precautions into effect to help diminish the spread of COVID-19. These are designed to safeguard me and my clientele during our sessions. 

By scheduling with me, you agree to the following terms: 

• I voluntarily agree to take on all risks associated with partaking in a photo session concerning exposure to COVID-19. 
• I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless CAMPBELL Photography, all owners and employees from all claims relating to my involvement in a photo session. 
• I also agree to alert CAMPBELL Photography if I do display any symptoms corresponding to COVID-19
  within 14 days of the shoot.
